Film dari Shadow of the Lotus (2016) bersinopsis Menyusul serangan berani pada kesepakatan narkoba, Sarah, seorang operatif dari triad teratai hitam, dikhianati dan dibiarkan mati oleh rekan -rekannya. Setelah beberapa bulan pemulihan, dia kembali untuk membalas dendam terhadap sindikat kejahatan yang mencoba pembunuhannya. Dia segera melintasi jalan dengan Claire, seorang polisi muda dengan rasa keadilan yang kuat dan alasannya sendiri untuk mengejar triad. Keduanya membentuk kemitraan yang tidak mungkin untuk melacak pengkhianat Sarah. Dengan taruhan meningkat, gangster satu kali dan mantan polisi menemukan diri mereka terperangkap di tengah perang habis-habisan antara dua sindikat kejahatan, dengan kedua kehidupan mereka di telepon.
